Deriv Transfer provides a platform for users to deposit and withdraw funds to and from their Deriv trading accounts using various payment methods including mobile money and bank transfers.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed according to our stated processing times. We strive to process transactions promptly but are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Minimum and maximum limits apply as displayed on our platform.
Deriv Transfer charges zero fees for deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees, which are your responsibility.
You must provide valid Transaction IDs for all deposits. We reserve the right to verify transactions before crediting your Deriv account. False or fraudulent transaction information may result in account termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
